Nspired By The Coasts Of The Mediterranean
Welcome to the Family:
A Legacy of Flavor & Heritage Since 1995
At our table, you aren't just a customer—you’re part of an extended family. Family-owned and operated since 1995, we believe that the best meals are built on a foundation of history, tradition, and love.
George Sr. (Dad) His wife Joan (mom), had worked side by side with their children building a legacy of delicious food, a friendly atmosphere, and a place to call home. After their retirement they left their two children Elizabeth and George Jr. To run the family business.
Our Ancient Roots
Our story begins long before 1995. We are of Chaldean descent, a heritage that dates back to ancient Mesopotamia—modern-day Iraq. We take immense pride in being one of the oldest surviving cultures from the ancient world.
George Sr., still speaks, reads, and writes Aramaic, the ancient biblical language of Abraham. While our family's roots are deep in the Fertile Crescent, Elizabeth and George are proud to be the first generation born here in the USA. They were raised in Detroit, Michigan, and brought their Midwest spirit to Phoenix in the 90s, and we have been sharing our love for Mediterranean cuisine, people and Jesus with this community ever since.
A Fusion of the MediterraneanOur menu is a map of our family’s journey. Having lived in Greece and the Middle East, our family infused our kitchen with diverse influences. We have built upon that foundation, drawing inspiration from across the Mediterranean.
Whether you are craving a traditional family recipe or a modern fusion creation, every dish is home-cooked with soul.
Join Our TableWe invite you to come in, say hello, and experience the flavors that have made us a Phoenix staple for over 3 decades. And whatever you do, don't leave without trying the Saganaki (Flaming Cheese)... OPA!
But remember, we are closed on Sunday for a day of rest, to honor Jesus, and spend time with the family.
